  1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours of successfully placing and accepting your order and are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and courier services. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or natural events.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final and non-refundable except for defective or damaged products as per our Return Policy. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof of unboxing video. Exchanges are only applicable if the received product is defective or incorrect.
